Bos01 Malaysia Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Bos01 services are open only to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements. bos01 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend any account suspected of not meeting these requirements.

• Minimum age of 18: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. bos01 operates a zero-tolerance policy on underage participation.
• Based in Malaysia: The bos01 platform is designed exclusively for players based in Malaysia. Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location is a violation of these terms.
• Personal account: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) bos01 account only. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts.
• Non-bos01 employees: bos01 employees, their immediate family members, and business partners with access to insider information are not permitted to be active members.
• Acting on your own behalf: You must register and play solely on your own behalf — not on behalf of another person or any business entity.

The bos01 registration process is straightforward and quick, but you are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information at all times. Providing false or misleading information is a serious violation of these terms.

You are fully responsible for all activities that take place in your bos01 account, including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawal requests submitted using your login credentials.

• Never share your bos01 account password or login credentials with anyone — including family members or close friends.
• Bos01 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Be vigilant against phishing attempts impersonating bos01.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings for added security — strongly recommended for all bos01 members.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact bos01 customer support immediately via live chat.
• Bos01 is not responsible for any losses resulting from a member's own security negligence.

Bos01 supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods for members' convenience. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and protected with full encryption.

• Deposits and withdrawals may only be made using an account or e-wallet registered in your own name. The use of third-party accounts is not permitted.
• Bos01 does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawal requests are processed during operating hours (8 AM – 12 AM, 7 days a week). Requests received outside these hours will be processed on the next working day.
• Bos01 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals exceeding RM5,000 for fraud prevention purposes.

All bonuses and promotions offered by bos01 are subject to the specific terms stated on their respective promotion pages. The following general terms apply to all bonus types.

• One bonus per promotion: Each member is entitled to claim a promotional bonus once only, unless stated otherwise in the specific terms of that promotion.
• Rollover requirement: Most bonuses at bos01 carry a rollover requirement of between 5x and 20x the bonus value. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 10x rollover means you must place a total of RM1,000 in wagers before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonus validity period: Any bonus not used within 30 days of issuance will automatically expire and be credited back to bos01.
• Bonus abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonuses through hedging (arbitrage), the use of multiple accounts, or any other method deemed unfair will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and possible account termination.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally toward rollover requirements. Check the game contribution table on the bonus page for more details.

The following general rules apply to all game types on the bos01 platform — including slots, baccarat, lottery, jackpot, and football betting.

• All game results on bos01 are final once a round or match concludes. No disputes regarding game outcomes will be entertained after the result has been recorded in the system.
• Any technical disruption during a gaming session that occurs on bos01's end will be resolved fairly — either by returning the wager or settling it based on the state of play at the time of the disruption.
• Players are prohibited from using any automated software, bots, or other methods to gain an unfair advantage in games. Use of such tools will result in immediate account termination.
• For football betting — including the Malaysia Super League and EPL — the odds displayed at the time a bet is accepted are the odds that apply, even if changes occur thereafter, unless the match is postponed or cancelled in accordance with bos01 rules.
• In live casino games such as baccarat, the dealer's decision is final and binding. Any disputes over table outcomes will be referred to the video recording of the relevant match.

• Self-deposit limit: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in your bos01 account settings. Limits take effect immediately once set.
• Self-break: If you feel you need a break from gaming, you may request a cooling-off period ranging from 24 hours to 6 months. During this time, you will be unable to log in or place any bets.
• Self-exclusion: For more serious cases, you may apply for a permanent self-exclusion from the bos01 platform. This request cannot be reversed once approved.
• Bos01 reserves the right to impose limits on or close the account of any member showing signs of serious gambling addiction, even without a request from the member concerned.

Bos01 reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any member who violates any term in this document. Such action may be taken without prior notice in cases of serious breach.

• A temporary suspension may be imposed during an investigation into activity suspected of violating our terms. Account balances will be frozen for the duration of the investigation.
• Upon permanent termination, any remaining credit balance (after deducting any bonuses found to be in breach of these terms) will be returned to the member via the original payment method within 14 working days.
• Winnings obtained through means that violate our terms — including exploiting system bugs, collusion, or fraud — will not be paid out and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Members whose accounts have been terminated due to a breach of terms will not be permitted to re-register using different information.

The bos01 platform is provided "as is". While we strive to ensure the platform runs smoothly at all times, certain matters are beyond our control.

• Bos01 is not liable for any service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control — such as internet issues, power outages, or other unforeseen events.
• Betting results recorded in the bos01 system are the definitive and authoritative record. In the event of any discrepancy between a member's records and bos01's records, the bos01 system record shall prevail.
• Bos01 shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including loss of opportunity or anticipated profits.
• Information provided on the bos01 platform is for entertainment purposes only and does not constitute financial advice or a guarantee of winnings.

These terms and conditions are interpreted and governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where bos01 is registered. Any disputes arising shall be resolved through the following process:
